Education: Senior at Tree Hill High School. Medical History: In 2003 was in a near-fatal car accident with his Uncle Keith, suffered a broken shoulder and had to have his spleen removed. Was forced to quit the Ravens when he revealed that he had a genetic heart defect called HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy), but was allowed back for only 15 minutes a game. Recently he was attacked by a young man who claimed to be Peyton's brother but was actually mentally disturbed who took a stun-gun to Lucas' neck. He also most recently suffered a cardiac attack after skipping his medicine and then witnessing Haley after she was hit by a car.
Above the Influence? It's implied that he occasionally drinks at parties, even though he shouldn't be with the heart medication he's taking.
Crimes: Got arrested when Nathan took his car and was driving drunk, while getting pulled over by the cops Lucas switched seats with Nathan. He also stole money from the cafe register to secretly pay for his heart medication that he didn't want his mother to know about.
Relationship: Currently dating and is in love with Peyton Sawyer, who is also one of his best friends.
Past Relationships: Brooke Davis, but quickly ended due to a fling with Peyton Sawyer. Hooked up with Nicki (see Jake Jagelski), and also in Junior year, he briefly dated Anna Taggarro. Before getting back together with Brooke, he also went on a date with Ravens cheerleader, Rachel Gatina. After yet another break up with Brooke, he has rekindled his romance with Peyton.
